Privacy Policy

Ilumax Performance SG ("we", "us", "our") is a sports performance coaching and physical-education consultancy operated by Muhammad Dzulhisham under the registered business entity ILUMAX PERFORMANCE & SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202222176N), based in Singapore and serving clients in Singapore and online worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect through ilumpfx.com and our coaching services, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to deliver and bill for coaching:

We do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this website, and we do not use tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
- To schedule, deliver and bill for coaching, testing, or consultancy sessions
- To communicate with you about a booking, program, or enquiry
- To design training or PE programs appropriate to your (or your organisation's) needs
- To meet our own accounting and tax record-keeping obligations
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
Two processors handle data on our behalf, each under their own privacy policy:
- Stripe — processes payments and stores payment details. We receive your name, contact details and the booking information you enter at checkout, but never your full card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google Workspace — hosts our email (admin@ilumpfx.com). Emails you send us pass through Google's infrastructure. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Both may process or store data outside Singapore as part of their standard infrastructure; we rely on their own safeguards for that transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as Singapore accounting and tax law requires (generally five years), and other personal data only for as long as it is relevant to the coaching relationship. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date
- Withdraw consent to our collecting, using or disclosing your data — though this may mean we can no longer schedule or deliver a session you've booked
- Delete data we no longer have a legal or contractual reason to keep
To exercise any of these, email admin@ilumpfx.com. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you may also complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
Children
Some coaching and PE programs involve minors, arranged through a parent, guardian or school. Where that's the case, the adult or institution making the booking is responsible for the consent needed to share a minor's information with us.
Security
Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant processor — it never touches our own systems. Other personal data is kept only in the tools listed above, accessible only to Muhammad Dzulhisham.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially — for example, if we start using analytics or a new processor — we'll update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, note it on the site.
